Product Designer

The Product Designer will shape products across the entire customer journey, including quote, purchase, and claims flows, by designing thoughtful and intuitive solutions. This involves owning product design for web and mobile, translating user needs into practical solutions, and maintaining the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own product design across web and mobile, turning insights into end-to-end user experiences
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant, practical solutions
- Maintain and evolve our design system to support consistency and scale
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality from concept through to release
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product design experience
- A first-principles thinker with the ability to move fast and iterate
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work
