Sr Associate Network Design Engineering

The primary responsibility involves deploying and troubleshooting enterprise networks, alongside scripting and automating operations for efficient and secure network management. This includes operating within a 24x7 rotational shift model to review projects, change requests, or incident tickets using ITSM tools.
Responsibilities
- Operating within a 24x7 rotational shift model to review projects, change requests, or incident tickets related to the network
- Logging into the network to understand and identify the scope of requests or incidents and taking necessary actions to implement requests or troubleshoot incidents
- Managing network documentation, including inventory and diagrams
- Identifying areas of automation for efficiency and error elimination
- Coding, testing and deploying solutions to enable automation
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Math or Science
- Preferred: Degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in networking, with the ability to log in, troubleshoot, and configure routers, switches, and other networking devices
- Eloquent in CCNA level knowledge or equivalent experience with any relevant OEM technology
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Expertise in RPA tools or SQL
