Specialist Network Design Engineering

This role involves developing and maintaining network infrastructure across wireless, wireline, and broadband domains, requiring participation in a 24x7 shift-based team for deployment and management. Key duties include managing network architecture, design engineering, and detailed specifications to facilitate client migrations while diagnosing and resolving operational network issues within service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Works on a 24X7 Shift based team to deploy and manage the customer network
• Manages, delivers, and deploys aspects of network architecture, design engineering and detail network specifications
• Diagnose incidents by examining network infrastructure and apply skills to determine the root cause
• Owns and resolves operational network issues within stipulated SLAs
• Responsible to work with Labs, product development, and engineering teams to author process documentation, methods, procedures, and guidelines for current network planning, capacity management, and network builds

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred
• 5+-years' experience in network engineering domains
