Sr Specialist Network Design Engineering

This role involves developing and maintaining network infrastructure across wireless, wireline, and broadband domains, requiring participation in a 24x7 shift-based team for deployment and management. Key duties include managing network architecture, design engineering, and detailed specifications to facilitate client migrations while diagnosing and resolving operational network issues within service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Deploys and manages the customer network
- Manages, delivers, and deploys aspects of network architecture, design engineering, and detail network specifications
- Diagnoses incidents by examining network infrastructure and applies skills to determine the root cause
- Owns and resolves operational network issues within stipulated SLAs
- Works with Labs, product development, and engineering teams to author process documentation, methods, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, Bachelorâs degree in Math, Science, or Engineering preferred
- 8+ years' experience in network engineering domains
- Ability to work on a 24X7 shift-based team
