Senior Manager Industrial Design Engineering

This leader will define and execute the product design vision, aligning cross-functional initiatives with corporate strategic objectives while overseeing styling, ergonomics, human machine interaction, and concept development. Key duties include leading and managing a team of designers and engineers, driving industrial design strategy, and serving as the technical lead for major new product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and industrial designers
• Drive industrial design strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, and global partners
• Plan, assign, and monitor personnel and project commitments
• Serve as technical lead or project director for major new product development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Design Science
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing industrial design or product design teams
• Demonstrated experience in industrial design engineering
