The manager will lead a multi-disciplined Engineering team responsible for the design, delivery, and sustainment of complex, internally manufactured power-generation products. Key duties include overseeing new product development end-to-end, managing engineering budgets, and ensuring compliance and efficient change management processes.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, mentor and manage a high performing multi-disciplined Engineering team
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of new product developments
- Drive Innovation and strategic prioritization
- Facilitate critical technical decisions and balance commercial realities
Requirements
- A Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive, proven management experience within the power generation packaging industry
- Formal training in product development and design
- Chartered Engineer status is a plus
