Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design and development of diverse marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, and collateral, while translating complex financial and technological concepts into engaging visual designs. This role requires ensuring all outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and collaborating with various internal teams to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a wide range of marketing materials
• Translate complex financial and technological concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs
• Ensure all design outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, product teams, and other stakeholders
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and stakeholders
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment (2+ years with master's degree, 5+ years with bachelor's degree, 10+ years with high school diploma)
• Experience in B2B financial services and technology industries is a significant plus
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) is essential
