Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for executing the strategic vision for pre-win marketing collateral, designing bespoke materials like presentations, proposals, and brochures for key pursuits in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. This role involves overseeing all creative aspects of production and quality control while ensuring timely, high-quality design work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Executes the strategic vision of pre-win marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, marketing partners, and team leadership for key pursuits and initiatives
• Designs visually stunning bespoke marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, email blasts, brochures, and other graphics in a highly efficient manner
• Develops materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions, overseeing all creative aspects of production and quality control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in professional services graphic design
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department
