The Lead Graphic Designer will partner on proposals and orals across federal markets, focusing on developing strategic creative solutions for graphics, infographics, video, and presentations. This role involves converting complex text into engaging visuals to enhance winning messages for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner on proposals and orals across an array of federal markets
- Support the development of strategic creative solutions for graphics, infographics, page layout, document design, video, and presentations
- Convert text to visuals to make complex concepts more digestible and engaging to audiences
- Conveying both technical and abstract concepts clearly for an array of audiences
- Enhance the winning message through strategy-driven visual storytelling
Requirements
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Associate's degree in Graphic Design or related degree
- Proven experience translating information into compelling visuals for US Government proposals
- Experience working with technical diagrams, flow diagrams, and maps
- Knowledge of using JIRA to manage workflows
- Experience with physical print production and finishing
