Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for laying out and producing branded and custom marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets. This role also involves translating research-based data into visually compelling graphics like reports and infographics, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Layout and produce Stream branded and custom marketing materials
- Bring clients' stories to life by designing tailored collateral for client properties
- Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story
- Work closely with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production
- Champion and become an expert-level user for Stream's relevant suite of marketing technology tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing
- 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate
- Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience is a plus
- Motion graphics, video production, and editing experience are a plus
- Knowledge of website development platforms is a plus
