Contract Graphic Designer

This role involves acting as a visual storyteller, primarily creating high-performing visual content for social media advertising while also supporting the team with website assets, email imagery, and physical collateral. The designer will collaborate across teams to convert written ideas into engaging designs that adhere strictly to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a source of creative inspiration for all marketing campaigns and collateral
• Design compelling content for targeted marketing ads on social media platforms that engages, informs, and inspires our audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test visual concepts and iterate on designs based on performance data and company KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or marketing agency environment
• Availability to work 20 hours per week
• A strong portfolio of work that showcases problem-solving capabilities, specifically featuring social media ad creatives and digital marketing assets
