CPE SETA_Software Engineer III (Graphics Support, Web Designer)

The role involves overseeing all aspects of web design projects, leading creative direction, managing timelines, and ensuring user experience while providing web development services for communication platforms. This includes complex coding, maintenance, analytics integration, and developing custom applications tailored to organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom websites and applications, including those that are not form-driven and require advanced programming capabilities using multiple languages such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, and SQL
• Provide web design and development services in support of CPE IEW&S communication and information platforms
• Produce uniquely tailored products that meet the specific needs of the organization
• Be proficient in web programming, server operations, and the development of custom applications
• Develop and implement front-end user interfaces and back-end functionalities across various platforms to support both public-facing and internal websites

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, Software Development, Graphic Design, Computer Information Systems, Web Design
• A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with demonstrated knowledge in conceptualization, layout, typography, photography, illustration, Web Design and animation, production, and prepress work with five (5) or more years of professional Web development/coding experience in: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint & other design tools as well as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
