Senior UX Designer

The Principal UX Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-centered user experiences through flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while leading design excellence across teams through critiques and improved handoffs. This role also involves serving as the primary UX partner for India-based teams, translating global strategy into actionable plans, and driving consistency across products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver thoughtful, high-quality user experiences by creating customer-centered flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
- Lead design excellence across teams by running inclusive design critiques, improving design-to-engineering handoffs, and advocating for user needs
- Serve as the primary UX partner for India-based product and engineering teams, translating global UX strategy into actionable team plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
- Proven experience designing complex, enterprise-scale products
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma
- Data-informed approach to design using research and analytics
