Advisor, UX Designer

The Advisor, UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable workflows and reusable UX patterns for platform-level experiences within the OneTru Platform. This involves creating detailed UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma for complex, multi-step processes and interactions.
Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Create detailed UX designs for platform workflows, including multi-step processes and multi-role interactions
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX architects to implement reusable patterns and frameworks
- Quality & Governance: Maintain consistency with design tokens and component libraries, validate designs against accessibility guidelines and performance best practices
Requirements
- 10 years experience and 6+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise or data-centric platforms
- Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and design system usage
- Experience designing workflows for complex operational processes
- Familiarity with agile development and collaboration with engineering teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
