The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise SaaS workflows across web and mobile, shaping experiences from discovery through launch and iteration. This involves translating complex operational needs into intuitive, scalable solutions while partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for sophisticated enterprise SaaS workflows across web and mobile
- Translate complex operational needs into intuitive, scalable solutions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, outcomes, and technical constraints
- Facilitate workshops that transform ambiguity into actionable direction
- Present compelling narratives that explain the what, why, and how behind your work
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex enterprise SaaS environments
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping
- Practical, hands-on use of AI tools in daily design workflow
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, systems thinking, and measurable business or user impact
