UX Designer

The role involves taking ownership of feature design from discovery through to development-ready screens, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while contributing to and utilizing the existing design system. Responsibilities also include developing clear user journeys, ensuring designs are inclusive and accessible, and supporting strategic design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centered experiences for PEXA's products and services
• Work across the full design lifecycle, from early discovery and research through to producing development-ready designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a UX/CX Designer
• Ability to shape feature requirements through research, insight, and collaboration with product and delivery teams
• Strong ability to create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to explore, test, and communicate design solutions
