Senior Business Execution Consultant - Product Designer

This role involves developing and executing employee and customer experience solutions for online applications, managing the entire UX/UI design lifecycle from concept through completion, including updates and revisions. The consultant will also review complex projects, potentially lead design specialists, and develop new research to drive leading-edge design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute employee and customer experience solutions for online applications
- Manage the UX and UI design, creation, and production of experience elements from product concept through completion
- Develop and execute experience solutions by employing a broad array of user-centered design tools
- Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists
- Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Proven experience designing and executing employee experience solutions for digital platforms
- Strong proficiency in UX/UI design principles
- Proficient in designing, developing, testing, and refining interactive prototypes
- Experience leveraging AI-driven design tools or generative AI for prototyping, personalization, or content optimization
