Principal Product Designer

This role involves defining and evolving the end-to-end user experience across complex, multi-product ecosystems, setting strategic design vision, and leading hands-on design execution for high-quality, accessible UX/UI solutions. Responsibilities also include maintaining scalable design systems, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring other designers to elevate overall design quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the end-to-end user experience across multiple products and platforms, setting a clear vision and strategic direction for design
• Influence product roadmaps, priorities, and decision-making by advocating for user-centered design and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead the creation of high-quality UX, UI, and interaction designs for complex features and workflows
• Maintain and scale the design system, reusable components, patterns, and standards in partnership with Engineering
• Mentor and coach other designers, providing guidance, feedback, and knowledge-sharing to elevate team skills and performance

Requirements

• 10 or more years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Expertise in crafting end-to-end user experiences, including interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping for complex products
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and consistency across platforms
• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems, reusable patterns, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across products
