The Product Designer will contribute to UX/UI design for the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) suite, focusing on simplifying complex data and analytics into intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities include defining user flows, creating prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX/UI design for the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) suite
- Simplify complexityâhelp translate advanced data and analytics into intuitive user experiences
- Define and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
- Contribute to the Arcadis Design System
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
- Experience designing applications with global reach and diverse user needs
- Proven experience designing for complex, global-scale enterprise applications, data-heavy platforms, or analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with UX research methods
