The role involves creating and designing intuitive user interfaces and engaging interaction patterns for a CRM platform development project. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining design systems and style guides while inventing innovative concepts through sketches and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Create & design intuitive user interfaces and engaging interaction patterns
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Invent innovative concepts through sketches and prototypes
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and the product team to ensure design feasibility and execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
- Degree in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and UX skills
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in animation or illustration – a plus
- Strong understanding of digital design for web, marketing, brand, and multimedia
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
