Product Designer: Customer Activation (Remote)

The role involves designing the future of product discovery, owning the demo experience for prospective customers, and working on onboarding to help customers go live faster. This includes a mix of vision work and practical tooling that impacts company growth.
Responsibilities
- Defining a bold, new design aesthetic for the e-commerce demo site
- Mapping out user flows and interactions for new features
- Delivering final mockups and assets for key pages and states
- Ensuring new designs are scalable and align with the Constructor design system
Requirements
- Goal-oriented, iterative mindset
- Practical experience with research
- Experience designing for unfamiliar problems
- Experience turning ambiguity into structure
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
