Staff Product Designer - Design Systems - Remote US

The Staff Product Designer will be responsible for designing cross-platform components and patterns, operationalizing workflows, and partnering with platform teams through modernization pilots. This includes defining component APIs, creating documentation, facilitating governance rituals, and driving consolidation campaigns across the platform.

- Collaborate closely with engineering on scalable implementation
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and evolving complex design systems or component libraries at scale
- Deep expertise in UX patterns, interaction models, and information architecture for enterprise or multi-product platforms
- Proven track record of leading modernization or system-wide initiatives without direct management authority
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on implementation details, governance models, and scalable processes
Benefits
- Annual Cash Compensation Range: $210,000â$336,000 USD
