The role involves using research data to influence key stakeholders and validate design decisions, spearheading research methodologies like usability testing and surveys, and defining research objectives aligned with business goals. The researcher will collaborate across Product, Design, and CRM groups to translate data into actionable insights that shape product vision.
Responsibilities
- Create business-critical research materials to drive design decisions for sportsbook, betting, and iGaming products
- Influence stakeholders and senior leadership with actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent research practices
- Turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that shape product vision
Requirements
- Graduate degree in human-computer interaction principles, psychology, statistics, marketing research, or related fields
- 3+ years of UX research experience is a plus, preferably in tech, betting, gaming, fintech, web3, or related industries
- Proven experience with various UX research methodologies and tools
- Fluent in English and native speaker in Czech language
