The Senior UX Researcher will own the complete research lifecycle for web products, applying expertise across methodologies to solve complex problems in developer tools, from AI-assisted coding interactions to cloud-native workflow optimization. They will transform complex datasets into actionable insights and communicate research impact to shape product roadmaps and developer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research efforts for web products and drive strategic impact across the developer experience
  • Apply expertise across research methodologies to solve complex problems in the developer tools space
  • Design and execute mixed-method research studies
  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and communicate research impact to cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact
  • 5+ years of hands-on work with field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design
  • Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience with behavioral data collection, quantitative data analysis, and statistics
  • Portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
