The Senior UX Researcher will develop a comprehensive understanding of customers by crafting and leading mixed methods research, promoting the voice of the customer across the organization. They will collaborate with product teams to plan roadmaps and simplify complex findings into actionable insights that influence immediate actions and long-term product vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers by crafting and leading mixed methods research
- Promote the voice of the customer across the organization
- Evaluate ambiguous and emerging use cases and product areas to define and prioritize research needs
- Collaborate with leads and product teams to proactively plan roadmaps
- Simplify complex findings into clear, persuasive stories and actionable insights
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in user research, design, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in UX Research for digital products
- Skilled presenter and persuasive communicator who quickly builds trust and rapport with collaborators at every level
- Ability to convert complex data into practical insights that support teams in achieving business objectives
