Principal UX Researcher

This role involves evolving the research function into an AI-driven insights engine by architecting organizational capability to produce high-velocity insights for an AI-native, mobile-first world. Key duties include spearheading strategic discovery for major initiatives using AI to accelerate insight cycles and scaling research capability by coaching product managers and designers.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end research for big bet initiatives
- Scale organizational research capability
- Architect a Research-as-a-Service model
- Audit and re-engineer manual workflows
- Establish governance and operational ethics for AI-augmented research
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX research experience
- Proven track record of building research systems and leveraging AI
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven tools
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
