UX Researcher

The role involves planning and executing research using various methods like interviews and usability testing to guide the evolution of the LTX AI model and its capabilities. This includes conducting generative and evaluative research to understand user needs when collaborating with AI and translating findings into actionable insights for product direction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research using various methods
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams
- Conduct generative and evaluative research to uncover users' needs
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Communicate insights creatively through storytelling and presentations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX Research
- Strong background in B2B user research
- Proven track record of research findings impacting change
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human-related field
- Experience using varied research methods

- Expected salary range is $130,000-$139,000
