Graphic Designer (Enablement Creative Specialist)

The role involves creating visually compelling designs, including layouts for Seismic content, infographics from job aids, and impactful presentation slides to engage sales and customer success teams. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining web pages and digital assets for enablement programs while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing layouts for Seismic content pages that align with brand guidelines
- Transform job aids and technical content into engaging infographics and interactive visuals
- Design impactful slides for presentations, meetings, and enablement sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement
- Develop and maintain web pages and digital assets for enablement programs, ensuring responsive design and optimal user experience
- Partner with Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand communication goals and translate them into impactful designs
- Uphold brand standards and ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in a B2B or enablement environment
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and web platforms (WordPress)
- Experience with Seismic or similar content management systems
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to simplify complex information
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
