Product Designer
Mojotech Remote (🇺🇸 Providence, Rhode Island, United States of America)
The Product Designer will act as both a strategic advisor driving product strategy and a master practitioner translating vision into digital products, leading design through rigorous user research and high-fidelity execution with end-to-end ownership. Responsibilities include collaborating daily with engineering, product managers, and clients, leading ideation, translating user needs into UX foundations, producing visual designs, and improving internal design processes.
Responsibilities
- Design & Delivery: Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers and clients daily
- Lead and support ideation sessions, workshops, and presentations with clients online and in-person
- Translate user needs and business goals into UX foundations via user interviews, journey maps, workflows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and testing
Requirements
- 7+ years designing digital products that have shipped and scaled
- Experience working directly with external clients in a consultancy or agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience responding to RFPs and contributing to client proposals
- Experience shaping project scope, estimating design work, and planning within constraints
