Product Designer (SF/Sunnyvale)

The Product Designer will own impactful projects from idea to execution within the Crusoe Cloud and AI product team, working collaboratively to define problems and create clear artifacts guiding decision-making. Responsibilities include defining strategic product direction, owning the end-to-end design process, translating user journeys into elegant solutions, and ensuring high-quality implementation through close engineering partnership.

Responsibilities

• Help define and drive strategic product direction and long-term product vision
• Own the end-to-end design process, translating user journeys and technical constraints into simple, elegant, and shippable solutions
• Create sketches, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features and rapidly iterate designs based on user feedback
• Ensure a high-quality implementation by working closely with engineering
• Present solutions to product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer interaction
• Strong ability to design and build interfaces leveraging generative AI tools and technologies
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a product designer in a cross-functional organization
• Ability to build prototypes and ship products
• Experience with user research and testing methods
• Ability to see products as end-to-end scenarios
• Demonstrated baseline in interaction design and visual design skills with a portfolio of work
