The Senior UX Designer will plan and execute user research, design and prototype digital products, and collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and process intelligence specialists. Key duties also involve presenting deliverables to stakeholders and mentoring junior UX professionals while evolving UX practices for the age of AI.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, product owners, business analyst, process intelligence specialists and UX researchers
- Present deliverables to key stakeholders and facilitate discussion
- Mentor and educate other UX professionals and enthusiasts
- Help evolve UX practices into the age of AI
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with complex projects
- Experience working with Figma
- Experience working with design systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience as UX designer, product designer or similar
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design or equivalent experience
