
The role involves discovering user needs and business opportunities to develop user-centered strategies and concepts for digital applications and services. The designer will collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to ensure solution quality and support workshop moderation with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Discover user needs and inspire with digital solutions
- Define opportunities that connect user needs with business interests
- Design user-centered strategies and concepts for applications, services, and digital communication
- Deliver quality solutions as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Support the moderation of workshops with users, customers, colleagues, and external experts
Requirements
- A degree in media conception, information design, media informatics or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in the development of user-centred digital concepts and solutions
- Experience with user-centred design methods in research and solution development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
