Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design for the kids investment account product, owning the end-to-end user experience from research and prototyping through final design hand-off. This involves collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to enhance product engagement and retention while advocating for the customer through testing and interviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for kids investment account product
- Own the end-to-end user experience from research and prototyping to final design hand-off
- Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve product engagement and retention
- Be an advocate for the customer, getting to know users through user testing and interviews
- Identify problems and opportunities, and develop hypotheses to test, learn, and iterate
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a key member of a design team
- Well-honed user-centered design skills
- Fluency in Figma
- Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, visual design, front-end development, and mobile-first UX/UI
- Ability to understand and articulate the strategic impact of design vision to stakeholders
- Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start-up mentality
