Senior/Principal Product Designer

The Principal Product Designer will set and elevate design standards for enterprise digital products, contributing hands-on design leadership across web experiences managed by the Enterprise Web Initiative (EWI). This role involves translating product strategy and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions while ensuring consistency with the enterprise design system.

Responsibilities

• Set and elevate the design standard for enterprise digital products
• Translate product strategy, user needs, and brand vision into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions
• Ensure digital experiences maintain consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and content hierarchy
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and resolve complex design challenges
• Champion user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices
• Contribute to and help evolve enterprise design systems, component libraries, UI patterns, and templates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design
• Extensive experience designing web-based and digital products within agile or product-led environments
• Strong experience working within design systems and component-based platforms
• Proven collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define and deliver solutions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product thinking, visual craft, and scalable execution
