Sr. UX Designer, Finance Automation (FinAuto)

The Senior UX Designer will drive cross-product design direction, influence roadmap decisions, and elevate design excellence across teams by defining long-term experience strategy while delivering tactical solutions for immediate product needs. This role involves partnering autonomously with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions for complex, end-to-end enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term experience strategy while delivering tactical solutions for immediate product needs
- Work across multiple product areas, ensuring designs function seamlessly within interconnected tools, processes, and workflows
- Partner autonomously with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and business stakeholders to research, define requirements, and deliver solutions for complex, end-to-end enterprise workflows
- Drive cross-product design direction, influencing roadmap decisions, and elevating design excellence across teams
- Mentor designers and raise the design bar
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
- Experience designing complex or enterprise applications
