The UX Designer is responsible for designing customer experiences by combining design principles with UX best practices and business knowledge, often involving collaborative whiteboarding and wireframing. Key duties include creating mockups, leading research activities to influence redesigns, building prototypes, and collaborating with developers to implement designs.
Responsibilities
- Design wire frames and high-fidelity mockups
- Participate in design critiques
- Write, maintain, and ensure the consistent application of a design and or interface style guide
- Collaborate with UI Developers to build and maintain pattern libraries
- Create prototypes of designs using tools like InVision
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors, Web/Graphic Design, or related field of study
- Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
- Able to use common office equipment
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
