The role involves leading the design for complex Enterprise SaaS workflows, particularly those enhanced by Artificial Intelligence features like predictive hiring dashboards. Responsibilities span the entire design lifecycle, from deep UX research and information architecture to high-fidelity UI, alongside contributing to and scaling the centralized Design System.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design for complex SaaS workflows, focusing on AI-enhanced features
- Own the full design lifecycle, from deep UX research and information architecture to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototyping
- Contribute to and scale the centralized Design System
- Design responsive web experiences and native mobile applications
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design hypotheses
Requirements
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma and FigJam
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- AI design fluency with experience in designing for AI products
- Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS web applications, mobile designs, and evidence of a structured research-driven process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
