Requirements

• Experience in research, discovery, prototyping, and delivery of consumer-facing products across multiple platforms
• Product thinking and understanding of strategy
• Customer-centricity and ability to use customer feedback in the design process
• Collaboration and negotiation skills with opinionated PMs, engineers, and execs
• Craft skills in typography, information design, and micro-interactions
• Communication and articulation skills
• Focus and ability to engage or work independently in a busy, remote team
