The role involves pitching, prototyping, testing, building, shipping, and refining new features while refining UX/UI patterns across iOS and Android applications. Responsibilities also include influencing the product roadmap and shaping the design organization's process.
Responsibilities
- Pitch, prototype, test, build, ship, and refine new features
- Refine UX/UI patterns across iOS and Android apps
- Rethink onboarding and core user flows
- Influence the product roadmap
- Refine process and help shape the design org
Requirements
- Experience in research, discovery, prototyping, and delivery of consumer-facing products across multiple platforms
- Product thinking and understanding of strategy
- Customer-centricity and ability to use customer feedback in the design process
- Collaboration and negotiation skills with PMs, engineers, and execs
- Skilled at typography, information design, and micro-interactions
- Articulate and able to explain ideas at various resolutions
