Responsibilities
- Pitch, prototype, test, build, ship, and refine new features
- Refine UX/UI patterns across iOS and Android apps
- Rethink onboarding and core user flows
- Influence the product roadmap
- Refine process and help shape the design org
Requirements
- Experience in research, discovery, prototyping, and delivery of consumer-facing products across multiple platforms
- Product thinking, understanding strategy and analytics
- Customer-centricity, comfortable talking with customers and using their feedback
- Collaboration, able to inspire and negotiate with opinionated PMs, engineers, and execs
- Craft, skilled at typography, information design, and micro-interactions, curious about audio
