Sr. Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will design and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing materials across print, digital, and multimedia channels while ensuring consistent brand identity representation. This role also involves managing multiple projects, acting as a creative mentor, and collaborating with content, product, and marketing strategy teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing materials, including print, digital, and multimedia channels
• Ensure Applied Systems' brand identity is consistently and innovatively represented, while championing improvements to the company's visual language
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and produce high-quality visuals within established deadlines
• Act as a creative mentor and collaborator, guiding junior designers, providing constructive feedback, and working seamlessly with other teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in visual communication and design principles
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (Figma)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite with an emphasis in PowerPoint
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
