The role involves designing and producing creative assets across digital, motion, and print formats, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company goals. Responsibilities also include creating motion graphics, reviewing layouts for improvement, and presenting creative concepts to management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets across digital, motion, and print, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company goals
- Execute design work using Adobe Creative Suite with a high level of proficiency, developing high impact, concept-driven visuals that support internal initiatives
- Create motion graphics from scratch or by using existing assets for use across digital platforms
- Review project layouts and messaging to suggest improvements that enhance clarity, consistency, and impact
- Confidently present creative concepts and final deliverables to the Senior Creative & Design Manager and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an in-house or agency setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory across both print and digital formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- A portfolio that demonstrates versatility across print, digital, and motion work
