Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative concepts and produce original artwork, visual concepts, and design solutions
- Adapt and optimise creative assets for multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, web, in-store, and OOH
- Prepare accurate print-ready files and deliver high-quality digital/social assets
- Collaborate with digital marketeers and external agencies
- Use internal project management and workflow platforms to manage logged jobs, update progress, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain, organise, and continuously update Nectarâs content and digital asset library
- Manage content-related requests with internal teams and external partners
- Liaise with printers, creative agencies, and external suppliers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a similar creative role
- Strong aesthetic judgment and exceptional attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of file preparation and output requirements for both print and digital media
- Passion for design, content creation, visual storytelling, and continuous improvement of creative output
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Leadership ability to mentor and support the Junior Graphic Designer
- Strong written English
