Senior UI Designer - B2C Mobile (f/m/x)

The Senior UI Designer will own and design new features for the B2C mobile product from concept through final handoff, creating polished, engaging, and habit-forming user interfaces. Responsibilities also include creating visual assets, delivering production-ready specifications to engineering, maintaining the design system, and collaborating with research and data teams for iteration.

Responsibilities

• Feature ownership: Own and design new features from concept through final handoff
• UI design: Design visually engaging and highly polished interfaces for the B2C mobile app
• Visual assets: Create illustrations, icons, and other graphical assets to support designs
• Developer handoff: Deliver production-ready assets, specifications, prototypes, and documentation to engineering teams
• Design system: Build, maintain, and contribute to the evolving design system
• Design quality: Conduct design reviews to ensure implementations match the intended designs
• Research collaboration: Work closely with UX research and data teams to evaluate and improve designs
• Iteration & feedback: Gather feedback and continuously refine and improve work

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing outstanding mobile UI craft and visual design
• 5+ years of experience working in product teams as a UI, UI/UX, or Product Designer
• Consumer product design experience
• Industry background in marketing, gaming, or other B2C-heavy industries is a plus
• Hard skills in design tools, motion design, visual asset creation, design systems, and multi-brand products
• Soft skills in ownership, proactiveness, prioritisation, feedback mindset, and creative thinking
