The role involves working on diverse projects using various software to create innovative designs that meet organizational standards and brand expectations for internal and external clients. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing team to meet deadlines and examining existing processes to elevate design capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of projects, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative designs
- Obtain input from the team to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that elevate design capabilities
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the firm
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Leverage best practices for content management
Requirements
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- A portfolio showcasing samples of work products
- Expert knowledge of current design software
- 3-8 years of experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience working on proposals within the AEC industry is highly desired
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work overtime and travel as needed
- Desire to stay up to date on latest design trends
- Collaborate effectively with teams
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline
