Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will support the development of high-impact visual concepts, brand explorations, and multimedia content for early-stage initiatives across the platform, focusing on creating visual assets, prototypes, and motion content for HR tech, global payroll, and AI solutions. Responsibilities include concept development, graphic/motion/video production, and collaboration on innovation projects to rapidly visualize and bring innovative concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for early-stage product ideas, brand experiments, and special innovation projects
- Develop mood boards, brand explorations, style directions, and visual guidelines for new concepts and pilot initiatives
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, animations, and video content to support storytelling for new features, strategic initiatives, and leadership-driven innovation programs
- Edit and produce short-form videos for product demos, concept pitches, marketing experiments, and product storytelling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or related field
- 3-7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, startups, or innovation-focused environments
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong video and motion design skills
- Demonstrated ability to create clean, modern, visually compelling designs
