Responsibilities
- Design high-performing digital creative including paid social ads, display ads, emails, and landing pages
- Create and update packaging, product labels, inserts, and printed collateral
- Apply Pestie’s brand system consistently across web, marketing, and product touch points
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
- Organize and maintain Figma files, templates, and shared assets
- Support ongoing creative needs across marketing and product teams
Requirements
- Naturally curious and excited about consumer brands, storytelling, and marketing psychology
- Open to feedback and eager for coaching, has a growth mindset
- Solid foundation in layout, hierarchy, typography, and color with sharp visual instincts
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- 1–4 years of professional design experience (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals)
- Experience designing for performance marketing (ads, emails, landing pages) with awareness of conversion principles
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing craft or brand consistency
- Highly organized and dependable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
