Graphic Designer II

The Junior Graphic Designer supports creative and marketing teams by producing high-quality visual assets for channels like email, social media, sales materials, and internal communications, while collaborating daily with the Sr. Graphic Designer to maintain brand consistency. Key tasks include designing and versioning assets for various campaigns and channels, managing projects via Monday.com, and ensuring proper file organization for reuse.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Sr. Graphic Designer to execute concepts, maintain brand standards, and ensure messaging and design consistency across all channels
• Assist in the creation of digital and print assets including social graphics, email headers, digital display ads, postcard designs, sales handouts/flyers, etc.
• Design and version campaign assets based on variations to services, promotional offers, regional and local nuances
• Resize and version approved creative assets for various channels without losing brand consistency while maintaining good design

Requirements

• 1–2 years of design experience (internships included)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Video & audio editing skills a plus
• Strong attention to detail, good design skills, and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills
