Graphic Designer

The designer will bring the Juniper brand to life by executing high-quality designs across all channels, reporting to the Associate Creative Director - Art. Responsibilities include creating visually compelling work for social ads, landing pages, emails, and display banners that maintain craft standards and drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design across multiple channels, including social ads, landing pages, email, web, OOH, and other touchpoints
• Execute creative concepts and bring campaign concepts to life
• Maintain high craft standards and ensure visual consistency and quality across all channels
• Design for performance and commercial impact, using data and testing insights to iterate on designs
• Bring creative ideas and visual thinking to the table, exploring new formats and approaches
• Adapt design approach to suit each touchpoint, audience mindset, and funnel stage
• Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers
• Stay current and inspired, keeping up with design trends, platform best practices, and what's working in the market

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience designing for digital channels
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring ideas and explore different visual approaches
• Commercially minded with an understanding of how design drives business outcomes
• High standards for quality and attention to detail
• Performance-minded with the ability to work with performance data and improve work
• Versatile with the ability to design for multiple channels and formats
• Brand guardian with the ability to work within an established visual identity
• Collaborative with the ability to work well with copywriters, strategists, and other designers
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand product benefits, campaign objectives, and brand strategy
• Empathetic and culturally aware with an understanding of the audience's journey
• Resilient and adaptable with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Passionate about the mission with a genuine care for women's health
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, range, attention to craft, and ability to design for performance across multiple channels
