The Product Designer will shape the mission autonomy platform by ensuring usability in demanding operational environments, partnering with product teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This involves engaging directly with defense operators to understand their needs and translating insights into intuitive interfaces via wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with product managers and engineers to discover and deliver solutions
- Engaging directly with defense operators to understand their context, constraints, and needs
- Translating discovery insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Iterating rapidly based on feedback and measurable results
- Contributing to the design system for consistency, scalability, and speed
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design
- Familiarity with continuous discovery practices
- Comfort in working with engineers and product managers
- Ability to design for highly complex workflows
- Clear and structured communication style
